Built from the page.

Founded in Los Angeles by screenwriter T.O. Ray, Random Oxygen Entertainment develops original film and television projects built around distinctive voices, unexpected worlds, and stories hiding in plain sight.

The slate spans thrillers, drama, science-fiction mystery, supernatural suspense, and meta-comedy. Across genre and format, the work remains character-driven, visually specific, and built for the screen.

Founder / Screenwriter

T.O. Ray

T.O. is a Los Angeles-based screenwriter and the founder of Random Oxygen Entertainment. With a master’s degree in psychology, he writes toward the evidence people leave behind: the guarded gesture, the ordinary object under pressure, the damage nobody volunteers.

T.O. grew up watching his father, Oakley S. Ray, write late into the night from a big black chair. Ray co-authored the widely used college textbook Drugs, Society, and Human Behavior. They never talked about writing. Years later, T.O. found himself doing the same thing after midnight—usually with coffee.
