Logline

During the sacred High Holy Days in a locked-down New York City, a perpetually rotating ER doctor finds himself the only link between a series of increasingly bizarre deaths across multiple hospitals—and a killer whose surgical precision eerily mirrors that of a brilliant but troubled former medical student.

The Pressure System

Different rooms.
One signature.

01

The Rotation

Staffing shortages during the High Holy Days move Dr. Eli Ben-Ari through emergency rooms across New York City.

02

The Pattern

Each hospital receives a different victim. The precise, nearly bloodless wounds say otherwise.

03

The Past

The surgical signature belongs to a mind Eli recognizes: Daniel Hayes, his brilliant and troubled former student.

04

The Lockdown

A city built for movement closes around them, turning its hospitals into one confined hunting ground.

The Diagnostic Problem

The evidence keeps moving.

The deaths are separated by borough, hospital, and bureaucracy. Eli is the only constant—and the more clearly he sees the pattern, the more his colleagues see a weary doctor refusing to retire.
